How SheetMetalPro handles submitted information
This notice explains how inquiry forms, newsletter subscriptions, and conversations with Alan are processed to answer requests and provide machine recommendations.
Information you choose to provide
Inquiry and chat tools may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, machine interest, production requirements, and the messages you submit.
Newsletter forms collect the email address and optional name or region that you provide.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to answer questions, recommend suitable equipment, prepare or route quotation requests, maintain inquiry records, and send requested updates.
Alan conversations are processed through the configured AI service and a copy of each conversation may be emailed to the SheetMetalPro lead mailbox for customer follow-up.
Choices and contact
Do not submit confidential drawings, passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is not needed for an initial machine inquiry.
To request access, correction, deletion, or newsletter removal, email leads@sheetmetalpro.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational purposes.
